C’est ainsi qu’après avoir développé le premier contrat de quartier durable voici quelques années, nous lançons maintenant (et avec la commune d’Anderlecht), le contrat de quartier numérique.
Pace que l’accès à l’information et au TIC est fondamentale pour permettre l’aux jeunes habitants défavorisés l’émancipation par une certaine forme de technologie peu chère et disponible pour tous. Cette approche implique également la mise en place des réseaux sociaux et une nouvelle manière de comprendre les enjeux urbains par l’approche de la définition des espaces virtuels.
Cooparch was used to working on contracts for the “Contrat de quartiers” in Brussels.
In the context of our collective intellectual action, we develop innovative concepts and always challenged.
Thus, after having developed the first contract for sustainable neighborhood a few years ago, we are launching now (and with the municipality of Anderlecht), the digital contract area.
Pace that access to information and ICT is essential to enable disadvantaged young people emancipation by some form of technology inexpensive and available to all. This approach also involves the establishment of social networks and a new understanding of urban issues by approaching the definition of virtual spaces.
